OEM Process

1.Requirements

Customer offer draft drawing (include sensor, FPC, cover lens information)
Tell us requirements by filling a sheet.

2. Engineer Analysis

Our engineer analysis, and give feedback:
a. No technical problem, go to STEP 3
b. If there is technical problem, communicate with customer to get an agreement, then go to STEP 3

3. Official Drawing

Our engineers make the official drawing by DWG and PDF file for customer checking, regularly 3 working days.

4. Drawing Approval

a. Customer check OK, send back the approved drawing.
b. Need some changes, our engineer update the drawing, regularly 1 working day

5. Sample Making

2-3 weeks delivery date
1-10 pcs regularly
Software support, technical support

6. Sample Approval

a. Confirm OK, we will keep the sample as final OK sample
b. Need some changes, then come to step 4b

7. Trial, Mass Production

Exactly 100% as final OK sample
Any little bit change (material, technology etc.), will communicate with customer forward.

Special Requirements:

Anti-fingerprint property

Anti-fingerprint is a surface coating agent containing a fluorinated. Excellent water and oil repellency, as well as anti-fouling properties, are achieved without altering the appearance, by forming a thin monomolecular layer on the glass surface.

Anti-glare Treatment

Anti-glare coating uses diffusion mechanisms to break up the reflected light off the surface. Diffusion works by reducing the coherence of the reflected image, making these unwanted images unfocused to the eye, thereby can see much more clear the intended image contained in the display, and make eyes comfortable.

Anti-reflective treatment

Anti-reflective coating accumulates to reduce the light transmitted through the display window, thereby increasing the total light transmission. Meanwhile can increase the hardness, easy to clean, water slip down automatically.

Water-resistant

Water-resistant touch screen can work in the outside with water on it.

Vandal-proof

Vandal-proof touch screen, with 4, 5,6mm thickness cover lens, steel ball dropping test.
